hiloooo *waves*... i'm new here... well, errr... sorta... been a member for a while but never posted... hehee... love food and love learning how to cook. am currently learning how to cook and bake from my cousin and she does mean dishes and bread!!! although i must admit that i'm not all that good at it. i think i do better decorating for the final presentation and taking pictures of the final outcome rather than actually cooking and creating good food. hahaha... ah wells, here's the food we've been cooking/baking for the past week or so (not all mind you... theres just too much).

Baru bikin saus guacamole. Yum. Resepnya adalah:

1/2 Alpukat/Avocado
1/2 bawang bombay/Onion
Garam/A little bit of salt
Jeruk Limau/Lime juice
Sambal/Chilli paste/cabe rawit/jalapeno to your taste.

Chop the avocado and mix them until they're smooth
Potong alpukat dan hancurkan sampai halus

Add a little bit of salt and a little bit of lime juice and mix it again
Beri sedikit garam dan sedikit jeruk limau dan aduk lagi

Add the chopped onions
Tambahkan bawang bombay

Add chilli/equivalent of it. Mix until they taste right to you
Tambahkan sambal, aduk hingga rasanya enak di mulut.

Serve with freshly toasted bread, tortillas or nacho chips
Hidangkan dengan roti panggang, tortilla dan nacho chip.

If you are crazy enough eat it with vanilla Ice cream sprinkled with chocolate shavings.

mo numpang posting nih. my first post in dis komyuniti, moga2 bkn yg trakhir. kalo ga salah sih judul lengkap sup yg atu ini yaituuu binte biluhuta. khas palu, kalimantan. pertama kali makan sup ini *which is a long long taimmmm ago*, gue langsung ga bisa tidur malem 'ari-nya, terbayang2 terus, hueeee-. bumbunya lupa2 inget, hehe .... but kayanya sih sebagian dikit bener :p. soal takarannya, kira2 sendiri yaa.

#bahan:#
ikan tongkol, suwir2
jagung pipil
seledri & bw daon iris

#bumbu:#
bw putih 2 siung, iris (mo tebel mo tipis ap tu yu)
jahe ... brp senti yah? (waktu masak lupa kaga bawa mistar), kira2 2 ruas ibu jari deh, iris2 juga
kaldu blok (maggie), 1 atau 2 blok
merica bulet2, 13 1/2 butir --> ulek ampe alusshhh
garem, sekehendak hati

hmmm ... kayanya bahan & bumbunya udah lengkap tuh.

#cara masaknyah:#
didihin aer di panci *jangan yg terbuat dari plastik yah*. trus lempar irisan bw putih + jahe + kaldu blok ke dalem tu panci. tunggu ampe harummm *kalo perlu tunggu ampe semaleman*. abis itu masukin suwiran tongkol + jagung pipil. udah gituh kasih garem & merica. aduk2. diemin dulu *api-nya kecilin yah* sekitar 5 menit. pas mo matiin kompor, cemplungin deh irisan seledri & bw daon nya. beres deh. selanjutnya, terserah mo dicoba makan ato dibuang, hehe. yg jelas sih *sepertinya* edible. ^0^

en-be: kalo ada salah bumbu or prosedur, pasti ada edit-an menyusul ^^;

ternyata ada kesalahan fatal, sodara2. tapi bukan di masalah bumbu or prosedur, melainkan lokasi asal makanan ybs *soale ada yg protezz, lol* (palu itu ada di sulawesi. kalo yg di kalimantan tuh paKu ....). thanks yah lasalle! :D
